Returns

Krista K will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been WORN, ALTERED or WASHED, with ALL tags attached, with exception to the following:

  • Sale Merchandise
  • Undergarments (such as Commando & Nubra)

Upon receipt of goods, Krista K reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Krista K does not refund shipping and handling on orders under $150. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Krista K, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Krista K.

Shoes

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must be returned in the original condition and original box--Krista K DOES NOT accept returns or exchanges on WORN FOOTWEAR. Damages to or omission of the original box from your return will be sent back to the customer and cannot be processed, as the shoe box is considered part of the product.

Sale Merchandise

Please note all sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In Store Returns
You may return merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply bring the original invoice you received with your shipment to:

Online Returns

Krista K is pleased to offer free returns and shipping on purchases over $150.

To process a return of website merchandise over $150 by mail, you must:

  1. Request a free, pre-paid return label by simply emailing us at CustomerService@KristaK.com
  2. We will email you a UPS pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label which you will need to print out and affix to your shipping container and ensure old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage is required and the shipping label is Free!
  3. Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.

To process a return of website merchandise under $150 by mail, you must:

  1. Request a Return Authorization Code (RAC) by contacting us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • In the subject of the message please write: RETURN and YOUR ORDER NUMBER (e.g. RETURN # 1234567)
    • In the body of your message please include your name and which item(s) you would like to return as well as any reason you want to provide.
  2. We will email you an RAC within 72 hours.
    • Once you receive the RAC, write it clearly and legibly on the original invoice and on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning. This step is required for all returns to ensure that you are properly credited.
  3. Securely pack and seal the merchandise and invoice (with RAC) in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Items must be returned within 14 days of the RAC issue. Please note that returns made outside of these timeframes are accepted at the discretion of Krista K and may only be issued to you as a store credit.
  4. Please use an insured service to ship your return (UPS, USPS, FedEx). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Mail all packages to:

Refunds by mail are processed within seven (7) days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase unless you request a Store Credit. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the item to Krista K and then place a new order. Follow the Return Process detailed above. If you would like personal 1 on 1 assistance, please call 773.248.1967 to speak with a sales assosiate.

Shipping

Same Day Delivery

Krista K is pleased to offer same day delivery in Chicago and select suburbs. Orders places by 1pm Monday through Friday can be delivered by 7pm to addresses in Chicago as well as to the following suburbs:

  • Evanston
  • Wilmette
  • Kenilworth
  • Winnetka
  • Glencoe
  • Highland Park
  • Deerfield
  • Glenview
  • Hinsdale

Same day delivery is complimentary for all orders over $500. For orders under $500, there is a $25 flat fee.

To schedule same day delivery, please call our store at 773-248-1967 to place your order and arrange the delivery.

UPS

Krista K is pleased to offer free UPS shipping & returns for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping charge is based on the weight of the items ordered.

All orders placed before 5pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 5pm CST will be processed the next business day. When your order ships, you will receive an email update with the tracking number of your package for your convenience.

After you receive your order, please take a moment to inspect it carefully for damage. Please contact us immediately if the item you received is damaged, incorrect or does not come with original Krista K tags attached.

Tax

Applicable sales tax of 9.5% is charged only to deliveries within Illinois.
