Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Creative and collaborative by nature
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Organized, detail oriented and enjoys multi-tasking
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Photoshop
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

The unique position of Social Media and Sales Assistant Manager involves creating social media content, working in Krista K Boutique with clients, and assisting with our website, www.kristak.com.

The ideal candidate has experience working in women's fashion, enjoys working with people, has strong organizational and communication skills, and is proficient in Photoshop.

Social Media Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and collaborate with our E-Commerce Manager to create on-brand content for social media
  • Manage and maintain a living social media calendar
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics and incorporate learnings into our strategy

Retail Sales Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the in-store customer service experience
  • Contribute to the store's sales by developing strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Receive and process deliveries of new merchandise

E-commerce Responsibilities:

  • Crop and edit photos and write descriptions for new products on the website
  • Utilize Photoshop to create one email per week to send to our client base
  • Manage the e-commerce business when the E-Commerce Manager is on vacation.
