Full Time Assistant Store Manager
Job Description:
In partnership with the store manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining the flow of ALL day to day store operations. Including but not limited to:
- Performing opening and closing procedures and reconciling EOD paperwork
- Maintaining a thriving pool of new and existing clients by using your sales and relationship expertise
- Leading incoming and outgoing shipment duties using Heartland Retail POS
- Processing online orders and returns through Shopify
- Updating visual displays based on company brand image
- Assisting with organizing and implementing monthly special events and promotions (ie trunk shows & sale specials)
- Coordinating with the e-commerce & social media managers regarding marketing efforts
In addition to a strong background in retail sales, this individual should also demonstrate experience in the following key areas:
- Sales & Customer Service
- Merchandising
- Operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Passionate about customer service and driving results
- Team player with leadership capabilities
- Strong commitment to self development and growth
