Full Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description:

In partnership with the store manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining the flow of ALL day to day store operations. Including but not limited to:

  • Performing opening and closing procedures and reconciling EOD paperwork
  • Maintaining a thriving pool of new and existing clients by using your sales and relationship expertise
  • Leading incoming and outgoing shipment duties using Heartland Retail POS
  • Processing online orders and returns through Shopify
  • Updating visual displays based on company brand image
  • Assisting with organizing and implementing monthly special events and promotions (ie trunk shows & sale specials)
  • Coordinating with the e-commerce & social media managers regarding marketing efforts

In addition to a strong background in retail sales, this individual should also demonstrate experience in the following key areas:

  • Sales & Customer Service
  • Merchandising
  • Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Passionate about customer service and driving results
  • Team player with leadership capabilities
  • Strong commitment to self development and growth
