We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Passionate about customer service and driving results
- Strong sense of style
- Team player
Job Description:
In partnership with the store manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations. Including but not limited to:
- Lead the customer service experience. Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Perform opening and closing procedures including reconciling end of day paperwork
- Receive and process deliveries of new merchandise
- Process website orders and returns
- Update visual displays including store windows and overall merchandising of the store
- Assist with organizing and implementing store events and trunk shows
In addition to a strong background in retail sales, we look for demonstrated experience in the following key areas:
- Sales & Customer Service
- Merchandising
- Operations
