We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
  • Passionate about customer service and driving results
  • Strong sense of style
  • Team player

Job Description:

 In partnership with the store manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations. Including but not limited to:

  • Lead the customer service experience. Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.  
  • Perform opening and closing procedures including reconciling end of day paperwork
  • Receive and process deliveries of new merchandise
  • Process website orders and returns
  • Update visual displays including store windows and overall merchandising of the store
  • Assist with organizing and implementing store events and trunk shows

In addition to a strong background in retail sales, we look for demonstrated experience in the following key areas:

  • Sales & Customer Service
  • Merchandising
  • Operations
