US Online Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and experience at Krista K. After you receive your order, please take a moment to inspect it for any damage. Please contact us right away if the item you received is damaged or incorrect. 

Please note, all SALE items as well as Intimate Apparel (e.g. Hanky Panky, Nu Bra, Commando) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Return Policy for Shoes

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must be returned in the original condition and original box. We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn footwear. Damages to or omission of the original box from your return will be sent back to the customer and cannot be processed, as the shoe box is considered part of the product.

 

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. Please note, items must have all tags attached and be in original condition (i.e. items cannot be worn, altered or washed). Upon receipt of the return, we reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy parameters noted above. 


Refunds for online orders will be made in the form of original payment. Krista K does not refund shipping and handling on orders under $150. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Krista K.  


2 Ways to Make a Return: By Mail or In Person

For Online Purchases Over $150

We offer free returns and shipping for online purchases over $150. Please follow these 3 steps:

  1. Email CustomerService@KristaK.com to request a shipping label. Please note the item(s) you would like to return & your order number.
  2. We will email you a UPS pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label which you will need to print out and affix to your shipping container.  Please make sure any old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage is required and the shipping label is free!
  3. Drop your package off at your local UPS shipping store. 

For Online Purchases Under $150

To process a return of an online order under $150, please return within 14 days of purchase to:

Please use an insured service to ship your return (UPS, USPS, FedEx). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.  Please note, that you are responsible for the return shipping charge if your total purchase was under $150.

Refunds

Refunds for online orders will be made in the form of original payment. Krista K does not refund shipping and handling. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Krista K.  


Refunds for online purchases will be processed within 1 business day of receipt of the return. Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the item to Krista K and then place a new order. Follow the Return Process detailed above. If you would like personal assistance with the exchange, please contact customerservice@kristak.com. We're happy to help you find the right fit or item!

In-Store Return of Online Orders

Instead of shipping your return, you can return the item in-store at Krista K Boutique (3458 N. Southport Avenue, Chicago) for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase online. Please bring your online receipt with the item you'd like to return.

How to Make a Return By Mail

Email CustomerService@Kristak.com to notify us of your return. Please note the item(s) you would like to return & your order number.


As an international customer, you will need to purchase your own return label and packaging. We recommend purchasing a label from a reputable insured carrier such as UPS or Fed Ex. Please note the tracking for yourself and provide it to us as well. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
