Online Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and experience at Krista K. For online orders, we offer free returns and shipping on purchases over $150. We ask that returns and exchanges be made within 14 days of purchase. Please note the items must have all tags attached and be in original condition (i.e. items cannot be worn, altered or washed). Sorry, sale merchandise and intimate apparel from designers such as Hanky Panky, Nu Bra, Commando, Wolford and Spanx cannot be returned. Upon receipt of the return, we reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy parameters noted above.
Refunds for online orders will be made in the form of original payment. Krista K does not refund shipping and handling on orders under $150. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Krista K.Return Policy for Shoes
All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Footwear must be returned in the original condition and original box. We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn footwear. Damages to or omission of the original box from your return will be sent back to the customer and cannot be processed, as the shoe box is considered part of the product.

2 Ways to Make a Return: By Mail or In PersonFor Online Purchases Over $150
We offer free returns and shipping for online purchases over $150. Please follow these 3 steps:
- Email CustomerService@KristaK.com to request a shipping label. Please note the item(s) you would like to return & your order number.
- We will email you a UPS pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label which you will need to print out and affix to your shipping container. Please make sure any old shipping labels are removed or obscured. No postage is required and the shipping label is free!
- Drop your package off at your local UPS shipping store.

Please use an insured service to ship your return (UPS, USPS, FedEx). This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. Please note, you are responsible for the return shipping charge if your total purchase was under $150.
Refunds for online purchases are processed within 1 business day of receipt of the return. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase unless you request a Store Credit. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
To exchange an item, please return the item to Krista K and then place a new order. Follow the Return Process detailed above. If you would like personal assistance with the exchange, please call 773.248.1967 to speak with a sales associate. We're happy to help you find the right fit or item!
In-Store Return of Online Orders
Instead of shipping your return, you can return the item in-store at Krista K Boutique (3458 N. Southport Avenue, Chicago) for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Your refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make the original purchase online. Please bring your online receipt with the item you'd like to return.
