Job Summary

Founded in 2002, Krista K is one of Chicago's most established upscale women's clothing and accessories boutiques. We are seeking an experienced, friendly Assistant Manager to join the Krista K team. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with our Store Manager overseeing all day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience in luxury retail, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and knowledge of women's fashion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer service experience. Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures including end of day paperwork.
  • Receive and process deliveries of new merchandise.
  • Process website orders and returns.
  • Update visual displays including store windows and overall merchandising of the store.
  • Assist with organizing and implementing store events and trunk shows.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of luxury retail sales experience
    • Competent computer skills
    • Strong sense of style
    • Team player
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
